About the Facilitator

After spending 9 years in HSBC, Carlo P Valencia started Klaseko, raised Php 9M in seed funding, built a team, a web platform and made a lot of mistakes. These experiences are now the foundation and reason he advocates innovation frameworks like Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Agile


For the past several years, he' has now helped a few hundred founders, innovators and designers. He has also spoken to a few thousand more students and teachers in various workshops, speaking engagements and events across the country

About Carlo

Carlo is 42 and is a practitioner of a Gratitude, Transparency and advocates people to Fail Fast to Succeed Faster - in life and work. 


When he's not working, he's watching Gary Vaynerchuck, Elon Musk, Chris Do and Casey Neistat trying to figure out how to dent the universe. 


He was recently married to his Fiance, Mai and lives with a pet dog (Bogart in photo) and  cat (JunJun).
