To be clear, no. But this coaching program will show you how to succeed. We'll also give you the tools you need and help you stay driven as you do what needs to be done.
Startups are very hard, and there are too many factors to consider. Providing a guarantee would be a lie. Although being part of this program doesn't guarantee success or exempt you from the effort, passion, or time required, we do guarantee that you will progress in your startup a lot quicker, with less pain, and with considerably fewer expenses (assuming you follow the advice given).

That's totally fine! Initially, we won't be focusing on that, and I highly recommend you put a hold on it until we speak. It's very difficult to be a solution looking for a problem, and the more you build, the harder it will be to pivot in the future.
Our focus will be on understanding the potential users and their problems FIRST. This way, we can determine if what you've built truly addresses their needs.
If it doesn't, you've saved yourself from investing more time and money into something that might not be needed. This approach ensures you're building something valuable and necessary.

This coaching program is for you if:
You have a startup idea and are willing to invest time to make it succeed.
There is a significant problem that you're passionate about solving.
You are committed to making this idea your full-time career as soon as you can afford it.
You are working with a team and have collectively committed to its success.
Even if you have a full-time job now, you are determined to eventually go full-time with this idea if it succeeds.
If you said no to any of these points, it might be worth considering a bit more.
Alternatively, book a call with me and find out (see what I did there?). One thing you can expect from me is honesty. If I don't think you need this program or if we're not a good match, I'll let you know. It's not about personal preference but about ensuring we solve problems worth solving.

In a nutshell, no. The beauty of 1-on-1 coaching is the flexibility to arrange sessions at times that work for both you and the coach. While having a consistent schedule is convenient, it's not always possible, and changes may be inevitable.
The key is to ensure we don't forget to schedule the sessions. Rest assured, we'll reach out periodically to coordinate and confirm upcoming sessions.
-
That might be a problem because business and startups are all about selling—not just to your customers but also by selling your vision when recruiting your co-founders, your employees, and later on to investors and other customers.
The good news is that we don't sell to people who don't need our product or service. You won't need to do any convincing. If you do, then you're doing it wrong. People often associate selling with being a suave, smooth talker trying to deceitfully convince us to buy something. That's not what you're going to learn.
What you're going to learn is how to empathize with people, really understand them, and match their problems with a solution to their problems and price it reasonably. Selling is problem-solving. And if you like problem-solving but don't like the old-school definition of selling, then this is your course.
